KIDS & TEENS Programs

Designed to introduce the CrossFit concepts, the class curriculum is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. We have developed a pathway for advancment through our Kids, Kids Advanced and Teens programs. Skills are focused on the basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills.

CROSSFIT TEENS

AGES 13-17

CrossFit Teens is a method for teaching CrossFit to Teens aged 13-17. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Teens emphasizes good movement throughout adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

CROSSFIT KIDS ADVANCED AGES 8-12

CrossFit Kids Advanced combines the training methodolgy that we use in our teens class, but with kids of the same age. It is amazing and Specifically designed for children 8-12. A vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

CROSSFIT KIDS

AGES 5-8

SCHOOL PARTNERS

We are an approved charter school vendor for your child’s physical education requirements. We are happy to help you be a part of the best P.E. program around. We are also an approved ISPE Vendor for grades 7th-12th in the Ventura Unified School District. Your child will benefit from a flexible school schedule by attending our specialized fitness classes for middle and high school P.E. credits.
