No cell phones allowed ๐Ÿ˜‰ CrossFit Teens is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 12-17. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Teens emphasizes good movement throughout adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

A program just for kids

Your child will a have SAFE, FUN experience filled with group games like kickball, johnny johnny and capture the flag that Build Strength & Confidence. Kid Fit will help create healthy habits and love for fitness. During our classes your child will learn new skills, complete a fun workout and end with a friendly competitive game. Specifically designed for children 6-12. A vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on childrenโ€™s academic achievement.

Your child will a have HAPPY, SAFE, FUN experience. KinderFit will keep your child smiling while playing group games, learning new fun skills and completing a kinder sized fun workout. Specifically designed for children 3-5. KinderFit is meant to be BIG fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to the screen.
