At BeachSide CrossFit, we believe in building more than just strong bodies — we build strong character. Our Kids & Teens Athlete of the Month program recognizes young athletes who are working hard, growing in confidence, and becoming leaders both in the gym and in life.
Whether they’re 6 years old or 16, these athletes prove that hard work, heart, and a great attitude can take you anywhere.
Program Levels
Three Age Groups
5-8
Little Athletes (Ages 5–8)
Building confidence, coordination, and a love of movement — one fun workout at a time.
8-12
CrossFit Kids (Ages 8–12)
Developing real athletic skills, focus, and teamwork through structured training.
12-17
CrossFit Teens (Ages 12–17)
Building strength, discipline, and mental toughness for sport and for life.
Selection Criteria

Consistency
Shows up regularly, rain or shine, ready to work.
Coachability
Embraces feedback and constantly seeks to improve.
Community Spirit
Cheers others on and lifts the entire room’s energy.
