CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specializing.CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective.

Our classes are meant to be fun for your kids with an emphasis on praise for doing good work
CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-12. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.
Our kids classes are focused on introducing your kids to fitness, exercise, work, and fun. Each class will be 35 mins and is supervised at all times by our CrossFit Kids Certified Trainer. There is no barbell work involved or advanced movements, that is left to our CrossFit Classes.
Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.
Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.
The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

Exercise alone does not do the trick. Exercise with general advice talks about what a person should or should not be eating usually will not do the trick either.

Whether you aspire to start your Olympic weightlifting career or simply want to enhance your current CrossFit levels.
Our Olympic lifting program runs concurrent with our CrossFit program and run in 4 week blocks. Improve your snatch and clean and jerk lifts, optimize your technique and get stronger. We create a training program that will take your lifting to the next level. All you need to do is show up, work hard, and be ready to learn.
The most surprising aspect of Olympic Lifting is its effect on the cardiovascular system. A few years ago, Doctor Michael Stone studied the cardiovascular benefits of Olympic Lifting. He was shocked to find the improvements made by this form of training. But why? It is a simple matter of the length of the movement of the bar. In a Clean and Jerk, the bar moves from the floor to overhead, upwards of seven and a half feet! Every muscle in the body is used, including all the support system. A tough set of Snatches leaves the lifter heaving for breath, sweating in streams, and the heart racing. All this without even having to go the track!
