What do you think coach? What if paleo isn’t the answer? What if the vegetarians had it right the WHOLE time. I guess I can’t really say, I’ve never tried to go vegetarian for a month(as I’m cooking turkey burgers in bacon fat). Ha.
yea what if. Only thing is Evolution tells us, that’s not case. And I have yet to see someone back squat 400# who only ate carrots.
Well that’s it, I’m giving up meat. I don’t wanna die. According to a Ventura College student who wants to be a nurse my heart will last longer.
