Want to be stronger add more weight, want to lose fat, eat right and move more. Sure it can be more complicated then that but why??? the reason most personal goals are not achieved is simply because the effort was not put in, and effort is really the most crucial part to the realization of ANY goal, i don’t care if it is to get an 100% on a math test or to get leaner, meaner, stronger and faster. The effort you give will be the result you get. Results happen and so does discomfort, however the satisfaction from goal achieved far outweigh the discomfort from the path it took to get there.
