What are your thoughts on going to the regionals? Beyond excited! So honored to be on Beachside’s first regional team!
What are the strongest strengths of the team? I We work hard at the gym and in everyday life. We are consistent with our training and diet. Each member is dedicated to their own success and the success of one another.
How do you believe the team will do? The BEST that we possibly can!
How do you believe you will do? I’I will give it my all… 100% for my teammates!
Encouraging words for those that may be struggling with CF? C. Be consistent. Be determined and you will realize your goals one at a time. Don’t try to rush anything… soon enough you will be setting higher and higher goals.
Any comments you would like to tell the coach of BSCF? To the best CF’er I know! You have created a great and challenging atmosphere for people to join while still keeping the main objective in mind… Changing peoples lives for the better! Your positive attitude and determination carries over to your members. You set the standard high, also reaching your new goals right belong side us. Thanks for being the COACH!

Coaches thoughts on Ginger: A true BeachSide original and a true testament of CrossFit. Ginger came with NO real athletic background and is now the best lifter in the gym and amazingly strong for her size. She has worked hard and has been very consistent and owns pretty much every CrossFit movement. And very, very well dressed. Can we say “LuLu”
