2013 Beachside Beatdown Wods

“Mermaider”
- Each partner working for 4 minutes
- Get as high in the ladder as possible
- Thruster, Pull ups 105/70 (75/55-modified)
- 3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30…………
- *Score will be total reps
- Ladder is ongoing, partner A starts where Partner B left off
- *total of 2 rounds per athlete (16minutes total)
“Time Permitting”
- Start with 500 meter run
Then- 2 rounds for time- Can not start until both athletes are in from run
- 10 muscle ups
- 20 box jumps 24/20″
- 30 deadlifts 275/185 (185/125- modified)
- 40 Toes 2 Bar
- 50 double unders
1 person working at a time, switch as desired
20 min time cap
“Fansong”
- 4000 meter row for time
- each partner must row 500 meters
“Hatredcopter”
1min amrapx4- Runs Concurrent with “Fansong”( while partnerA is on rower partnerB is on AMRAP)- 7 power snatch 95/65- (75/55-modified)
- 7 push ups
- ** this wod takes place DURING WOD 3. As partner A rows, Partner B competes AMRAP
