2013 Beachside Beatdown Wods

“Mermaider”

  • Each partner working for 4 minutes
  • Get as high in the ladder as possible
  • Thruster, Pull ups             105/70  (75/55-modified)
  • 3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30…………
  • *Score will be total reps
  • Ladder is ongoing, partner A starts where Partner B left off
  • *total of 2 rounds per athlete (16minutes total)

“Time Permitting”

  • Start with 500 meter run

Then- 2 rounds for time- Can not start until both athletes are in from run

  • 10 muscle ups
  • 20 box jumps 24/20″
  • 30 deadlifts 275/185 (185/125- modified)
  • 40 Toes 2 Bar
  • 50 double unders

1 person working at a time, switch as desired

20 min time cap

“Fansong”

  • 4000 meter row for time
  • each partner must row 500 meters

“Hatredcopter”

1min amrapx4- Runs Concurrent with “Fansong”( while partnerA is on rower partnerB is on AMRAP)
  • 7 power snatch 95/65- (75/55-modified)
  • 7 push ups
  • ** this wod takes place DURING WOD 3. As partner A rows, Partner B competes AMRAP
