As the weekend draws closer the athletes got hit with a surpise and I think its a great test of fitness. We are going to get a chance to see the athletes outside of the realm of standard CrossFit procedures. I have a feeling this will have the effect of wrecking some of these athletes. But if you want to say these are the fittest on earth, then you need to put them through tests. This seems like a good one. Nice call HQ. I am very curious to see how the big guys will do..Khalipa, Froning, And I wish our SOCAL star and 2nd place 2011 games Josh Bridges was competeting as I am sure he would crush everyone, again….I imagine not as well as spealler, but I think we will all be impressed at what very strong bigger guys can do.
